A musty smell usually means moisture is already moving through your Reston basement, even if the floor looks bone dry.
A crack that wasn't there last year is worth a look before it becomes an active leak point.
Efflorescence is a reliable early sign that water is moving through your Reston foundation wall right now.
If your pump only shuts off for a few minutes at a time, it's worth having it checked before it fails outright.
If a foundation wall looks like it's curving inward, that's beyond a simple patch and needs a real assessment.
These upstairs clues usually show up months after the basement moisture problem actually started.
From a 2 a.m. sump pump failure to a planned exterior drainage project, here's what our Reston crews handle most.
When water shows up fast, we move fast — extraction, drying equipment, and a plan to stop it from happening again.
